Angelina is a strategic leader with 20 years of experience building and scaling high-performing international school groups across Asia. As President of Taylor’s Schools, she leads with a focus on operational excellence, sustainable growth and connected school communities across the region.
With experience spanning legal, regulatory, financial, property and education sectors, Angelina combines strong commercial acumen with a commitment to exceptional learning experiences and meaningful partnerships with families. She has led complex transformations, including M&A, greenfield and brownfield developments, strengthening performance and long-term value.
Known for her collaborative, people-focused leadership, Angelina works closely with school leaders and boards to cultivate well-governed, future-ready schools. She is dedicated to creating environments where every student can thrive and every family experiences the strength of an exceptional learning community.

Audrey is a finance leader with more than 20 years of experience across audit, investment banking, listed-company finance, aviation and international K-12 education. At Taylor’s Schools, she leads the Group’s financial strategy, treasury, governance and business performance, supporting sustained growth across its portfolio of exceptional schools.
Having spent over a decade with Taylor’s Schools, Audrey has played a key role in strengthening financial discipline, capital planning and strategic investments. She works closely with school leaders and shareholders to align resource strategies and support long-term value creation.
She believes that strong financial stewardship gives schools the confidence and clarity to focus on what matters most: delivering meaningful and high-quality learning outcomes for students.

Gazel has extensive experience leading and scaling international education organisations across multiple markets, including Singapore and Hong Kong. Having held senior leadership roles across prominent school groups, she brings deep expertise in translating group strategy into executable operating models, overseeing finance, HR, ICT, facilities, governance and compliance at both portfolio and school level.
Known for her pragmatic, data-informed approach, Gazel has a strong track record of driving operational efficiency, strengthening financial discipline, and building accountable, high-performing teams in complex, multicultural education environments.
She is passionate about creating sustainable systems that enable schools to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional learning experiences for students and fostering supportive, collaborative environments for educators and staff. Her leadership style combines strategic thinking with operational rigour, ensuring long-term growth and organisational resilience.

Known for her pace and precision, Kate has a proven track record of developing new revenue streams, shaping market-leading brands, and reshaping the family experience through data and innovation.
She is passionate about making the school selection journey exceptional and genuinely helpful for families at every stage. Kate believes sustainable growth comes from building capability rather than campaigns, with strong teams and systems that scale with the group.

Senior Vice President, Operation and Project Development
Andy is a seasoned business leader with over four decades of experience in management, financial management, project management, and consulting. His expertise spans a diverse range of industries, including education, manufacturing, trading, and specialist contracting services.
During his 20-year tenure with Taylor’s Schools, Andy has contributed to the growth and development of Taylor’s Schools through his involvement in project development initiatives and new business opportunities. His experience includes managing the development of both greenfield and brownfield K–12 school projects in the region.
Drawing on his broad industry experience and commercial expertise, Andy continues to support the organisation’s growth, operational effectiveness, and long-term success.

Dr Ian Smith

Dr Ian Smith
Vice President, Language Aquisition
Ian brings over 20 years of international education experience across China, the United States and Singapore. He recently completed his Doctorate of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership at the University of Missouri, where his research explored the critical role teachers play in supporting students learning English as an Additional Language (EAL) as they navigate new cultural and academic environments.
Having studied Mandarin in China himself, Ian understands the challenges of learning in a new language and culture. He leads language acquisition initiatives and the Academic English Pathway Programme across Taylor’s Schools, drawing on extensive experience designing high-impact English programmes that support students’ successful transition into international school environments.
His work is grounded in holistic education, teacher care and student well-being.

Sheridan Fisher
Vice President, Safeguarding
Sheridan brings extensive international experience in educational leadership, safeguarding, wellbeing, and school governance, having held senior roles across Australia, Singapore, the Middle East, and Asia.
As VP of Safeguarding, Sheridan is committed to building safe, caring, and high-trust school communities. Her experience includes leading child protection frameworks, developing safeguarding policies and training, and strengthening critical incident response across multiple jurisdictions.
Grounded in relational leadership, child development, counselling, and positive education, Sheridan is passionate about embedding safeguarding into daily practice so that every student feels protected, respected, and supported.
